What this website collects

Nothing directly. This site is a static, client-side website with no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter signup and no database. There is no analytics or advertising tracker embedded in these pages, and no cookie is set by us.

The nutrition calculator runs entirely in your browser. The age, weight, height, activity and goal you enter are never transmitted anywhere, never stored, and disappear when you close or refresh the page.

What our hosting provider records

Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs which may include IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. These are used for security and reliability only and are not combined with any other information about you.

Information you send us directly

When you call, text or email, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, training history and goals. That information is used only to answer you and to coach you. Health information you share during consultation or training is treated as confidential.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within twelve months. Active client records — programs, assessments and correspondence — are retained for as long as you train with us and for up to three years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off if you return.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or trade your information.
• We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never publish your name, photograph, story or results without your explicit written permission.
• We never publish invented testimonials or client results.

Children

Youth training is available from age sixteen with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information online from anyone under thirteen.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
