By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Essence Davis trading as Embody your essence, based in Columbus, GA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Everything on this website — including the articles, the described programs and the nutrition calculator — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace guidance from your physician or a registered dietitian.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury or surgery, or taking medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure or blood sugar. You participate in physical training at your own risk.

The nutrition calculator

The calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with standard activity multipliers. It produces estimates only. Individual metabolic rates vary considerably, and the output should be treated as a starting point to adjust, not a prescription. It is not suitable for anyone under thirteen or for managing a clinical condition.

Coaching services

Program details described on the services page are summaries. Specific scope, duration, session frequency and fees are agreed directly with you before any coaching begins. No prices are published on this website.

You agree to disclose relevant medical history, injuries and medications before training, and to update us if anything changes. Accurate information is what makes safe programming possible.

Scheduling and cancellation

Sessions are booked directly by phone or email. We ask for at least twenty-four hours notice to change or cancel a session so the slot can be offered to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used. Genuine emergencies and illness are handled with common sense.

No guarantee of specific results

Results depend on adherence, sleep, stress, nutrition, genetics and medical history. We describe the outcomes our programs are designed to produce and the timelines we aim for; we do not guarantee a specific body composition, weight, measurement or performance number. No testimonial, case study or client result appearing on this site is invented.

Intellectual property

The written content, programming frameworks, design and graphics on this site belong to Embody your essence. Programs written for you are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use its content to imply endorsement of another business or product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Embody your essence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
